The company processes materials such as HDPE, PP, PPTF, HYTREL, PP+EPDM, and TPV, utilizing 25 blow molding machines with capacities ranging from 20 to 100 liters, and five injection molding machines ranging from 70 to 150 tons. This infrastructure supports the production of components like fuel tanks, reservoir tanks, resonators, air intake systems, and bellows for various vehicles, from two-wheelers to eight-wheelers.
Champion Plastics employs advanced technologies, including MOOG parison controllers in its blow molding machinery, to achieve precise component profiles. The company also boasts in-house capabilities for secondary operation equipment design, mold design, manufacturing and assembly, and trial runs, with a maximum shot weight of 7 kg. Computer-aided manufacturing tools such as Nx6 and AutoCAD are utilized for tool design, ensuring high precision and efficiency.
