Agri-Plastics USA LLC is enhancing its custom rotational molding capabilities with the addition of a Smart Persico machine, set to become operational in the first quarter of 2025. This advanced equipment is designed to deliver high-quality products with reduced waste, featuring fully automated controls and smart technology compatible with Industry 4.0 systems. The machine’s energy-efficient design is expected to lower operational costs and environmental impact.
In 2021, the company rebranded its custom molding division to Agri-Plastics Custom Rotomolding and introduced a new logo. Concurrently, they expanded their manufacturing capacity by adding a Ferry 220 rotational molding machine to their Sidney, Nebraska facility. This machine, equipped with four independent arms, enhances the production of smaller, high-volume custom rotomolded products.
Further strengthening their leadership team, Agri-Plastics appointed Brian Rawlings as the new General Manager of the Sidney facility in February 2024. With over 25 years of experience in the plastics industry, Rawlings brings expertise in manufacturing, management, and strategic planning.
These strategic initiatives underscore Agri-Plastics’ commitment to innovation and efficiency in custom rotomolding, positioning the company to better serve its customers across various industries.
